April is Month of the Military Child
Recognizing the Sacrifices and Resilience of Military Children at Frost
April is known as the Month of the Military Child, a time to honor the sacrifices and unique experiences of children in military families. At Frost, we are proud to have over 100 military-connected families in our community, and we want to take this opportunity to celebrate and show our appreciation for their service. Military children face many challenges, such as frequent moves, long separations from their parents, and adapting to new schools and friends. Despite these difficulties, they exhibit resilience and courage, and we are grateful for their sacrifice and contributions.
On Wednesday, over 100 students came together in our lecture hall to engage in conversation, make connections, and show support for one another. A special thank you to Mrs. Gibas and Mrs. Hurley for their leadership, support, and planning for this event!
